Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher is required for entry levels.
• Master's degree or CASAC credentials meet the top tier.
• Licensure as a Professional Staff is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of PROS participants.
• Complete paperwork, assessments and notes per guidelines.
• Provide individual and group services per training.
• Monitor records and service activity.
• Maintain outreach with community agencies.
• Participate in staff supervision and program development.
• Be prepared for disaster duties as needed.
