Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Opportunities staff and members to develop Self-Help programs.
• Identify community resources to help bilingual Latino consumers.
• Assist the Program Director with applicant screening.
• Refer consumers to community-based services as needed.
• Mentor consumers, participants and Transitional Employment staff.
• Supervise agency volunteers.
• Screen and place new computer students.
• Oversee Cognitive Remediation and Plato programs.
• Support WRAP planning for consumers.
