(HATCI) is seeking a Senior Propulsion Systems Engineering Test Planner to lead the planning and coordination of validation testing activities for electrified propulsion system development. You will work at the forefront of vehicle technology, ensuring timely execution of validation plans while optimizing resource management across projects. This role requires a strong engineering background with at least 5 years in automotive testing, alongside a proactive approach to risk management and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive testing, validation, or program planning.
Familiarity with propulsion systems (ICE, hybrid, EV) and vehicle development processes.
Experience coordinating virtual simulation and physical test activities across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the Electrified Propulsion Validation Plan.
Plan validation activities across virtual simulation and physical tests.
Work closely with vehicle program managers to align test timing.
Identify and resolve technical and logistical roadblocks.
