Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, seeks an experienced aerospace engineer to provide engineering support for development engine tests and functional validation across PW product lines.

You will lead test plans, coordinate instrumentation, analyze data, and deliver tests and reports. The role requires collaboration with analytics groups, hands-on testing, and occasional travel; hybrid work allows onsite and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5 years of engineering experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of engineering experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for development engine tests and functional validation across PW product lines.
• Lead test plans, instrumentation coordination, pre-test predictions, post-test data analysis and test reporting.
• Coordinate on-site and remote test coverage and data management for propulsion systems.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to discipline improvement activities.
• Collaborate with EDSI, Modules, Controls, Instrumentation, IT and Product Validation groups to ensure propulsion systemrequirements are met.
