Job summary
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in the United States seeks a Supplier Management Team Technical Lead for the Aerojet Subcontract, with travel up to 50% to Roy, Huntsville, Manhattan Beach and beyond. You will lead a cross-functional engineering team to align supplier activities with the program baseline and ensure technical deliverables are integrated.
The role requires a STEM degree with extensive experience in propulsion systems, systems engineering, and lifecycle management, plus US
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in STEM with 14+ yrs of engineering experience, or advanced degree as stated.
- Willing to travel 50%+ to Roy, Huntsville, Manhattan Beach, and other sites.
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance and SAP access.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical oversight for Aerojet subcontract alignment.
- Develop SSOWs with stakeholders and respond to RFIs/RFPs as needed.
- Evaluate Aerojet proposals and support negotiations.
- Review SDRLs and manage risk metrics across the program.
- Maintain SMT action tracker to ensure schedule and cost alignment.
