Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience in a technical field or engineering and project management, OR a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in a technical field or engineering and project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and IMS Logic.
• Material requirements planning and/or advanced planning experience.
• Experience with complex machined parts including welding and special processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution for propulsion-related supplier activities, ensuring milestones are met, and objectives are achieved
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities to mitigate challenges and optimize supplier performance
• Track supplier milestone completion and invoicing for forecast accuracy
• Drive resolution of technical issues in collaboration with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders
• Provide frequent, detailed program status updates to internal teams, ensuring leadership and stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and solutions
• Manage and oversee proposal efforts, including supplier coordination and cost analysis to align with program requirements
• Coordinate and conduct supplier site visits as needed to ensure program compliance, facilitate collaboration, and drive issue resolution
• Work in a fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, standard parts ordering, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs
