Global Connect Technologies seeks an experienced HIL Validation Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI to set up and commission HIL benches, troubleshoot dSPACE platforms, and validate propulsion controls. You will integrate ECUs, sensors and motors, run signal checks, and document results in a collaborative lab setting.

The role requires hands-on hardware experience, strong knowledge of CAN/LIN/Ethernet, and proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink. On-site work in a lab environment is expected.

Qualificações

• Hands-on HIL commissioning and hardware setup.
• Experience with dSPACE HIL systems.
• Knowledge of propulsion systems.
• Experience with CAN/CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet.
• Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow.
• Able to work in a lab/test-bench environment.
• Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive/Controls).
• 3+ years in HIL, commissioning, testing or propulsion systems.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, commission HIL test benches and hardware systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot dSPACE platforms (ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, ConfigurationDesk).
• Read and validate wiring, I/O and signals.
• Integrate ECUs, sensors, actuators, and load systems.
• Develop and execute HIL test procedures for propulsion systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and communications during commissioning.
• Work with CAN, CAN FD, LIN and Ethernet networks.
• Document configurations, tests and issues.
• Collaborate with controls, software, calibration, mechanical and test teams.
• Read schematics and technical documentation.
