• STEM degree with preference for Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in product development and/or production project engineering with strong leadership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, allocate, and manage resources to complete engineering assignments on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor and motivate a high performing engineering team with development plans and feedback.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and drive adherence to engineering processes.
• Lead propulsion engineering projects and contribute to program goals and proposals.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate capabilities to customers.
