Job summary

Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary, seeks a Manager, Propulsion to lead the propulsion engineering group in the Insitu facility in Bingen, WA. You will direct labs, set propulsion strategy, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with Product Managers and Principal Engineers to drive product line success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree; 4+ years with a master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead propulsion engineering team and oversee labs.
• Plan and execute product line development, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop propulsion strategy with Product Managers and Principal Engineers.
• Manage propulsion R&D lab and Engineering Analysis tools.
• Oversee lifecycle of propulsion products from concept to sustainment.
