• Develop requirements matrices, test strategies, and MBSE documentation.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure unified control strategies and program convergence.
• Mentor engineers through technical investigations, testing, review preparation and design rationale.
• Support agile development process and readiness across releases and milestones.
