Job summary

Gensler in Dallas is seeking a strategic Marketing Specialist to lead business development across Aviation, Government, Critical Facilities, and Industrial & Logistics Practice Areas. In close partnership with senior leadership, this role drives the creation of high-impact proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials that win work.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with sharp graphic design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and disciplined project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of marketing experience in a design or professional services firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership on win strategy and storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and strong information design/layout skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with the RFP/RFQ proposal process.
• Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and thought leadership materials.
• Create business development collateral with emphasis on graphic design and visual storytelling.
• Contribute to pursuit strategy, planning, and positioning.
• Build understanding of Gensler’s portfolio and capabilities.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
