Job summary

Gensler in Dallas seeks a Design Manager to lead and deliver diverse projects. You will guide the design process, manage client relationships, and mentor staff to ensure top‑tier outcomes. Qualifications

• Design Management and Project Management experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Registered Interior Designer or Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a variety of project types and sizes across all phases.
• Act as main client contact, ensuring design and delivery quality.
• Mentor junior staff to raise design and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and consultant agreements.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil and other consultants.
• Support new business development with current and potential clients.
