CVS Health is seeking a proposals specialist to contribute strategic and technical support for the sales process, designing customer-centered proposals focused on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access.

You will gather information from source systems, prepare responses, and assist with plan design reviews, while delivering materials for sales presentations and gathering market insights. A collaborative, results-driven mindset is essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years EAP industry experience.
• 2+ years communicating and delivering presentations to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Strong background in professional writing, with proven experience crafting clear, concise, and well-structured responses.
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Mansioni

• Establishes and implements results-based programs for Proposals under supervision.
• Collects information from source systems to complete proposals and calculates fees within variance authority.
• Arranges questionnaire responses based on quotation strategy and customer priorities.
• Assists with plan design reviews and prepares deviation documents for ancillary coverage.
• Contributes material for sales presentations and marketing surveys.
• Follows direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
