Job summary

This individual will ensure accuracy, compliance and strategic alignment prior to submission, partnering with Sales, Product, Operations and Subject Matter Experts to craft customer-focused, competitive responses that differentiate Meritain Health in the marketplace.

With 5+ years in RFP writing and 3–5 years in the insurance sector, the role demands strong proposal

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP writing and proposal development.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses that accurately represent Meritain Health’s capabilities and value proposition.
Serve as the final quality authority for RFPs and questionnaires to ensure accuracy, compliance and strategic alignment.
Partner with Sales, Product, Operations and SMEs to develop compelling, customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health.
Shape proposal strategy and content to strengthen competitive positioning in the marketplace.
