Job summary

Jones Day in Cleveland seeks a Proposals Manager to join the Business Acquisition team. You will develop and manage proposals for prospective and existing clients, coordinating workflows across the US region and overseeing content management and tender responses.

The role requires 3–5 years in pitch and proposal work, 2 years of supervisory experience, and strong PowerPoint/Word skills. You will collaborate with other departments to assemble compelling materials and support our client‑facing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years pitch and proposal experience in professional services (law firm preferred).
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading pursuits, proposals, pitches, RFPs, and related BD efforts.
• Coordination of multiple complex projects with client-service focus and good judgment.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflows and content management for the US region Coordinators.
• Prepare and coordinate responses for tenders, pitches, and RFPs.
• Collate the Firm’s relevant experience and work with other departments for pitch materials.
