Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Associate, Pursuits and Proposals to contribute to proposal strategy, generate pitches and RFP responses, and coordinate cross-functional content. You will learn the client's needs from past pitches and manage the creation of compelling materials for new business pursuits and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of related experience; Architecture/Engineering/Construction/Real Estate experience a plus.
• Strong creative skills and knowledge of graphic design.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; strong verbal communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to execution of proposal strategy by generating customized pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Learns client knowledge and lessons from past pitches to identify a winning strategy.
• Project manages the creation of RFP responses and pitches, coordinating meetings, edits, and debriefs.
• Maintains data and develops insights relevant to new business pursuits, including new sales collateral.
• Lears JLL platform across service lines to manage cross-selling opportunities.
• Gains understanding of JLL tools and technology.
