Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. seeks a Proposal Writer to join the Business Development team to shape Federal proposals for National Security missions and government customers.

You will work with capture managers, technical SMEs, and operational leaders to craft compliant, persuasive narratives and evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and PWS/SOW requirements.

Qualifications

• Write and refine compliant, persuasive technical and management proposal content.
• Analyze solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, PWS/SOW, Sections L/M) and translate requirements into clear, evaluator-focused proposal responses.
• Collaborate with SMEs, program managers, and capture teams, to gather information and develop solution-focused proposal narratives.
• Develop tailored past performance narratives and key personnel qualifications aligned to relevance, complexity, and solicitation requirements.
• Participate in proposal planning, solutioning, storyboarding, and color-team reviews.
• Edit proposal content for clarity, accuracy, readability, and alignment with win themes, discriminators, and customer requirement.
• Support BD activities, including opportunity research, reusable content development, and RFI responses.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must possess an active Secret clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain one.
