Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join the marketing team in a fast-paced environment. You will blend graphic design, writing, and data visualization to craft compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs and showcase Terracon’s solutions.

You will develop covers, layouts, infographics, and narrative content, while ensuring branding consistency and high-quality editing across proposals and client materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years related experience in marketing/communications or design.
• Experience marketing or communications in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable history.

Responsibilities

• Break down client RFPs into organized, visually engaging proposal parts.
• Develop covers, layouts, graphics, and narrative content highlighting Terracon’s strengths.
• Write and refine executive summaries, solutions, and project narratives.
• Edit and proofread all materials for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Translate technical info into accessible, persuasive language.
• Create polished graphics and design concepts for proposals and marketing.
