Job summary

Terracon in Austin, TX seeks a marketing professional to lead proposal development and content customization for pursuits. You will own CRM data input, generate BI reports, create regional collateral, and help shape the office marketing plan while mentoring teammates.

This full-time role requires a marketing or communications degree (or equivalent experience) and strong writing, with proficiency in Office and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required or 8+ years equivalent experience.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities; adaptable to various personalities.
• Understanding of go/no-go decision processes and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an emerging leader in the office.
• Customize SOQs/proposals.
• Assist with graphics, writing, and proofreading.
• Own getting data into CRM and communicate CRM benefits to office teams.
• Generate business intelligence reports from CRM, Power BI, PxT, and other systems.
• Monitor/identify proposal opportunities (lead sites, CIP, Dodge, etc.).
• Create local/regional marketing collateral.
• Prepare interview content.
• Work with office leadership to develop office/regional marketing plan.
• Support office marketing mix (pursuit/proposal development, digital marketing, brand awareness).
• Follow safety rules, participate in pre-task planning, report safety concerns.
• Maintain quality standards on all projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
