This position is 100% onsite in our Orange, CA office. The Proposal Lead plays a critical role within our Business Development and Marketing team, leading the development, strategy, and delivery of competitive architectural pursuits, including Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), design competitions, and interview presentations. This position partners closely with project teams, firm leadership, and marketing professionals to create compelling, high-quality submissions that showcase our expertise, differentiate our services, and inspire client confidence.
