Job summary

C&S Companies, a national planning, design, and construction firm, seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator in Phoenix to lead proposals and sales materials. You will work with leaders locally and nationally, coordinating graphics, content, and deliverables.

You will manage go/no-go analyses, pursue strategy, and help prepare interview materials, collaborating with technical teams and consultants to ensure compliant, compelling submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or English with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in creating and coordinating proposals.
• Strong writing, editing, formatting skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or in teams under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and submission of proposals, qualifications packages, and RFP/RFQ responses, managing multiple deadlines.
• Collaborate with technical teams, leadership, and consultants to develop persuasive content and fees.
• Oversee proposal production, including layout, editing, and delivery for digital/print.
• Create and coordinate proposal graphics—charts, infographics, visuals to communicate concepts clearly.
• Prepare short-list interview materials and assist with rehearsal sessions and interviewing.
