Job summary

C&S Companies is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead proposals, support marketing projects, and collaborate with senior leadership. This role emphasizes writing, content development, and coordination across teams to win pursuits and manage RFP/RFQ responses.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, 5–7 years of experience, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. On-site Phoenix office; competitive salary range offered.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

This strong leader will support various marketing functions and is a highly self-directed individual. As a senior marketing coordinator, you will work independently and in groups to lead pursuits, proposals, SOQs, and interview preparations, as well as collaborate on complex sales and marketing projects. You will work closely with individuals at all levels, including senior leadership locally and nationally.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and submission of proposals, qualifications packages, and RFP/RFQ responses, managing multiple concurrent deadlines and priorities.
  • Analyze solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria to ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and strategically positioned.
  • Support pursuit strategy activities, including go/no‑go assessments, content planning, and opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, leadership, and consultants to develop persuasive written content, scopes of work, and fee information.
  • Oversee proposal production, including layout, editing, and preparation for digital and/or print delivery to ensure timely submission.
  • Create and coordinate proposal graphics—including charts, infographics, layouts, and visual brand elements—to communicate technical concepts clearly and enhance visual impact.
  • Prepare short‑list interview materials, including presentation decks and visual aids, and assist with rehearsal sessions and interview coaching as needed.

Estimated Compensation Range and Benefits $70,000 - $100,000/year*
