Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Proposal Coordinator to join our Dallas, TX or Fort Worth office.

You will manage end-to-end preparation and production of proposals, SOQs, and RFQs, collaborating with Project Managers, engineers, and SMEs to craft compliant, compelling submissions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience creating SOQs, RFQs, and pursuit materials for AEC.
• Strong writing and grammar with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Proficiency with InDesign and graphic design for proposals.

Responsibilities

• SOQ/RFQ analysis to identify client specifications, deadlines, and compliance rules.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, sub-consultants, and SMEs to draft narratives and summaries.
• Format, edit, and proof proposal documents for consistency with branding.
• Manage schedules to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Maintain/update libraries of resumes, boilerplates, and past project profiles.
• Refresh pursuit materials and design graphics for client interviews.
