Job summary

Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) is seeking a Sector Pursuit Specialist to coordinate and customize proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials across a specific sector. You will work with Sector Marketing, Sector Leaders, and SDLs to deliver brand-aligned, high-impact materials that strengthen HED’s competitive positioning.

You will manage RFQ/RFP responses, tailor content to client needs, and maintain up-to-date proposal assets, while partnering with hub teams to ensure consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in marketing coordination/assistant roles in the AEC industry.
• Excellent organization, project management, and writing/editing skills.
• Intermediate experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ/RFP responses, coordinating content and schedules with sector leads.
• Customize proposals and presentations to reflect sector strategy and client needs.
• Maintain proposal templates and libraries with updated proof points.
• Partner with hub teams to embed brand voice and visual consistency.
• Support pitch preparation and interview coaching with pursuit teams.
