Responsibilities

• Lead proposal activities in support of the Special Missions sales team.
• Plan proposal steps to meet customer due dates and manage gating process.
• Schedule the proposal effort and monitor progress with PM tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal team to develop strategy.
• Develop proposal package including pricing, schedule, compliance matrix, technical solution.
