Textron Aviation Inc. is offering a 2027 Internship for a Proposal Associate focused on Special Missions. The role plans and executes worldwide proposal development activities, coordinating pricing, scheduling, and compliance with a disciplined process.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal activities in support of the Special Missions sales team.
• Strategically layout proposal planning steps to ensure successful execution to customer due dates, managing gating from kick-off through contract award.
• Schedule the proposal effort and monitor progress using project management tools.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead cross-functional proposal team to develop a go-forward proposal strategy.
• Develop the proposal package to include pricing, schedule, compliance matrix, technical solution, and other related materials.
• Provide proposal progress status and communicate updates to stakeholders to keep all vested parties informed.
• Maintain a records management system to store all proposal related documentation and backups.
