Job summary

The Christman Company in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead pursuit deliverables, coaching teams for interviews, and manage project records. You will drive regional strategies, craft content for proposals and marketing materials, and engage clients with events and storytelling of project outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in marketing/communications and 3+ years in proposal development, with a Bachelor's in marketing or related field and strong Adobe CC skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field with a writing or marketing focus.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience in marketing/communications, writing/editing and/or technical proposal development.
• Minimum three (3) years of proposal development or directly related experience.
• -or- Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality pursuit deliverables including qualification statements, proposals, and presentation materials by analyzing RFQs and RFPs to create outlines and coordinating teams.
• Guide, coach, and manage teams preparing for oral interviews; develop strategy and materials for presentations.
• Maintain records of regional projects and field staff, including photography and project profile information.
• Develop regional marketing strategic plans; identify markets and tactics to raise brand visibility and wins.
• Lead creation of marketing deliverables for presentations, video, digital/social, press releases, and brochures.
• Engage clients as the local marketing expert through events, client communications, and storytelling of outcomes.
• Support corporate marketing objectives and unified brand look across regions.
