HOK in Houston seeks a Sr Marketing Professional to lead the development of marketing proposals, presentations, submittals, RFIs, and RFPs, crafting compelling graphics and narratives that showcase the firm’s expertise.

You will coordinate with marketing managers, practice leaders, and project teams to plan, write, and manage resumes, project narratives, and collateral, drive submittal timelines, and ensure high‑quality client materials across the firm’s diverse practice areas.

Qualifikationen

• Equivalent of bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• At least 10 years marketing experience in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, or real estate development.
• Experience in producing marketing materials and graphics for professional services.

Aufgaben

• Lead, organize, and coordinate marketing proposals, presentations, submittals, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with marketing managers, practice leaders, and project teams to set priorities and respond to inquiries.
• Write portions of proposals and update project narratives and staff resumes for marketing use.
• Maintain marketing databases, prepare status reports, and manage vendor interactions.
• Develop and produce brochures, slides, and client materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Attend events, pre-proposal conferences, and assist with conference presentations.
