Job summary

Advantec Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Irvine, CA.

The role supports the firm’s proposals, presentations, brochures, events, website management, social media, and press relations, coordinating with project managers and engineers to ensure timely, compliant submissions. Responsibilities include crafting schedules, templates, and materials; developing resumes and past performance content; managing the marketing calendar; and coordinating with remote teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, administration, and communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, and construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Technical Staff to strategize and execute RFQs, RFQs, and Client Interviews/Presentations.
• Create proposal schedules and templates, perform production tasks, and demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance.
• Coordinate all proposal materials with internal and external teams.
• Develop compliance matrices and establish reasonable, agreed-upon content development, production, and delivery schedules.
• Contribute to and support writing, editing, and formatting of resumes and past performance sections for proposals.
• Create tailored marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations) and maintain a library of marketing resources.
• Produce the final proposal deliverable: exporting, printing, binding, and coordinating delivery by deadlines.
• Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including notetaking and managing the marketing calendar.
• Handle data entry and cleanup tasks.
• Perform additional coordination and administrative duties as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign; strong graphic design skills are essential.
