Fehr & Peers is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to join the Bay Area marketing team. You will coordinate proposals and other marketing efforts from planning through final submission, working with project managers, principals, and teaming partners to organize pursuits, develop content, and produce polished materials.

You will collaborate with marketing professionals, learn from peers, and take on greater responsibility as you grow.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5+ years of proposal and marketing coordination experience.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Aufgaben

• Provide support with researching, monitoring, and tracking potential project opportunities and strategic pursuits (RFPs, RFQs, etc.).
• Coordinate marketing efforts from pre-RFP to submission, including proposals, interview prep, and resume updates.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to plan, coordinate, and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
