Job summary

Plante Moran seeks a team member for the Pursuit Strategy & Proposal group to coordinate tasks for bid proposals, assemble content from the library, format documents, and ensure timely delivery to internal partners.

You will train the Administrative Team on proposal best practices, assist strategists with large proposals, and support research, analytics, and weekly reporting while coordinating internal communications and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Approx. 1 year of experience in marketing/sales/writing, including internships or volunteer roles.
• May require local and interstate travel.
• May require occasional overtime.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute tasks for diverse projects resulting in successful bids.
• Create, review, and deliver proposals to internal partners; tailor content, format documents, and coordinate graphics.
• Train Administrative Team on proposal best practices, formatting, content selection, and editing.
• Assist Pursuit Strategists with large proposals, including formatting, researching, and writing.
• Coordinate internal and external research, identify audiences, communicate, and track activities.
• Maintain internal database, share best practices, assist with data analytics, and support annual reports.
• Create and publish weekly reports to senior leaders.
• Plan and coordinate internal team meetings.
