Job summary

Plante Moran seeks a Proposal Operations Coordinator to support the Pursuit Strategy & Proposal Team in creating and delivering compelling business proposals and presentations. You will coordinate tasks across projects, customize content from our library, and ensure timely delivery to partners and teams.

The role requires strong writing interest, familiarity with marketing, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Approx. 1 year of experience in marketing/sales/writing, including internships, volunteer positions, and other work.
This position may require some local and inter-state travel and occasional overtime; proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute tasks for proposals that lead to successful new business.
Create, review, and deliver proposals to internal partners; select and customize content, graphics, proofreading.
Train Administrative Team on proposal best practices, formatting, and content selection.
Assist Pursuit Strategists with large proposals including formatting, researching, and writing.
Coordinate internal and external research projects including audience identification and communications.
Maintain internal database, share best practices, assist with data analytics and annual reports.
Create and publish weekly reports to senior leaders.
Plan and coordinate internal team meetings.
