Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a Proposal Operations Coordinator to support the Pursuit Strategy & Proposal Team. You will coordinate tasks for multiple projects, help prepare and deliver proposals, and ensure content is accurate and on-brand.

The role also involves training administrative staff, assisting strategists with large proposals, coordinating research, maintaining databases, and generating weekly leadership reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in marketing/sales/writing (internships, volunteers, etc.).
• Travel locally and between states may be required.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute tasks for proposals to achieve successful completion.
• Create, review, and deliver proposals to internal partners with content selection and graphics customization.
• Train Administrative Team on proposal best practices and editing.
• Assist Pursuit Strategists with large proposals including formatting, researching, and writing.
• Coordinate internal and external research programs and projects, including audience identification and communications.
• Maintain internal database and support data analytics and annual reports.
• Create and publish weekly reports to senior leaders.
• Plan and coordinate internal team meetings.
