  • Assist in monitoring contracting opportunity websites and downloading requests for proposal (RFP), requests for qualifications (RFQ) and associated documents. Assist in automating delivery of relevant email and paid search engine RFPs and RFQs to our firm.
  • Prepare presentations and other materials for client interviews, meet‑and‑greets, and other engagements.
  • Take the lead on social media efforts and collaborate with team to provide ideas for expanding our social media presence and delivery of fresh content. Will assist with website updates and social media posts.
  • May assist with CRM (SalesForce) data entry, retrieval of information, and reports.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Public Relations, Communications or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a marketing, proposal, or business development specialist role.
  • Experience in an architectural or engineering office is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite required; Illustrator and/or Photoshop proficiency is a great but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills required: verbal, technical writing and creative writing as well as proofreading and editing.
