LPAS Architecture + Design is looking for a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sacramento or Oakland. In this role, you will support project proposal submissions through coordination, content development, and creative execution.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields and a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. A hybrid work schedule is offered with competitive hourly rates ranging from $35.10 to $43.28.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or proposal role.
• Experience in architectural or engineering office preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development with leadership, design, and consultants.
• Identify and manage proposal deadlines effectively.
• Maintain library of creative materials for proposals and presentations.
