Jacobs is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end bid opportunities within the Energy & Power Americas unit. You will own submissions, coordinate SME input, and craft compelling value propositions that position Jacobs to win work.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with capture teams, operations, and sales staff to deliver professional quality proposals, presentations, and qualifications documents on deadlines while maintaining brand standards.

Formación

• At least 5 years of relevant experience developing and coordinating proposals.
• Proposal experience in engineering, architecture, construction industries.
• Advanced writing, editing, proofreading skills focused on sales messaging.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Understand and apply Jacobs identity standards, structure, and sales process.
• Develop draft sections of sales documents communicating Jacobs’ value proposition.
• Coordinate and develop sales documents using applicable tools, guidelines, and templates.
• Support Sales Operations Managers, Strategic Pursuits Leads and other team members.
• Manage response efforts across various sizes and complexities.
• Develop and implement proposal directives and response plans.
• Organize color reviews for objective feedback on strategy and messaging.
• Lead response-related meetings with internal and client teams.
• Proofread and edit technical and non-technical documents for accuracy.
• Provide desktop publishing and work with designers on complex materials.
• Conduct internal/external research and respond to information requests.
• Develop or update sales qualification materials.
• Participate in in-house business development activities.
• Populate Salesforce CRM.
• Requires minimal supervision.
