Job summary

Spencer Ogden in Dallas, TX is seeking an early-career Proposal Coordinator to support high-quality, compliant proposals across a fast-paced data center and engineering environment.

You will work with Proposal Management, Engineering, Procurement, Estimating, Project Delivery, Legal and Commercial teams to coordinate submissions, track deadlines, manage proposal documentation, and prepare client-facing bids.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in proposals, bid support, project administration, marketing or related field.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in AEC, construction, engineering or data centers is desirable.
• Exposure to Salesforce, InDesign or proposal software is a plus.
• Must be authorised to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals from bid decision through submission.
• Track schedules, deliverables, actions and compliance requirements.
• Support drafting, editing, proofreading and document formatting.
• Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain templates, project references, CVs and reusable content.
• Support proposal reviews, final production, submission and document control.
