Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Proposal Coordinator / Technical Writer to manage proposal content, assemble and submit proposals, and support technical writing of abstracts and white papers. You will own the content library and coordinate bid responses with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and SMEs.

The role focuses on ensuring content accuracy, current product details, and compliant, customer-focused documentation across multiple departments, with opportunities to improve content efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in proposal coordination or technical writing.
• Experience supporting RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
• Experience managing content libraries and document repositories.
• Technical writing experience involving software, technology, or complex products.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the proposal content repository, templates, knowledge base, and document management systems.
• Coordinate proposal response activities with account managers for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other solicitations.
• Review solicitation requirements and develop response outlines, track deliverables, and coordinate contributions.
• Develop, edit, and maintain study abstracts, white papers, and other customer-facing materials.
• Translate technical information into concise, compelling documentation for customers and sales teams.
