Job summary

Plus Relocation Services is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to own the end-to-end proposal process from intake to submission. This role supports business development, client relations, and subject-matter experts, delivering persuasive client-focused responses. You will build compelling materials, leverage AI tools, and help shape our proposal process.

Qualifications

2+ years of proposal or RFP writing experience.
Strong writing and editing with AP Style familiarity.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and align stakeholders.
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Curious about AI tools and able to verify outputs.
Reader-focused writing approach.

Responsibilities

Own each RFP from intake to submission, coordinating with business development, client relations, and subject matter experts.
Write and refine persuasive, client-focused responses that show how Plus is different.
Build polished supporting materials for proposals and finalist presentations, including decks and handouts.
Use AI tools like Claude to research, draft, and quality-check faster; help shape how we use them.
Track wins and losses and share what you learn so every proposal gets stronger.
Between proposals, contribute to case studies, website copy, and other marketing content.
