• Support site walk-downs, inspections, and pre-bid meetings to gather project insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to evaluate technical input and quotations.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing the project's financial estimate.
• Support bid reviews by presenting technical strategy and key proposal details.
