Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing proposals.
- Proven ability to develop technical solutions and cost estimates for complex control systems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer specifications and prepare proposal submissions.
- Develop technical solutions and system architectures when specs are unavailable.
- Lead proposal execution and coordinate with customers, engineering, and management.
- Support sales with technical presentations and proposal closing.
- Create tools to streamline the proposal process.
