Job summary

Fehr & Peers is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Seattle to craft high-quality proposals that address client needs and to guide documents from pre‑RFP through submittal. You’ll collaborate with project managers, principals, and marketing professionals to plan, draft, edit, and present qualifications and proposals.

The role demands managing multiple deadlines with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to quality and clarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal coordination experience; 2+ years with WA state public sector clients preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred.
• Enjoys fast-paced deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Demonstrates work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Interest in graphic design and writing; AI-assisted tools welcome.
• A portfolio demonstrating visual design capabilities is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing efforts from pre-RFP to submittal, including proposals and interview prep.
• Collaborate with project managers, senior management, and staff to plan and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Ensure proposals comply with RFP/RFQ instructions and requirements.
• Coordinate information from internal colleagues and external partners for proposals and materials.
• Review, draft, write, edit, and proofread content for qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Research, monitor, and track potential project opportunities and procurement opportunities.
• Use brand guidelines and design resources to create graphics for marketing pursuits.
• Update databases of project opportunities, descriptions, resumes, references, and qualification materials.
