Fehr & Peers is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team of professionals passionate about improving communities and contributing to driving innovation in the transportation consulting industry. In this role, you'll work closely with project managers, principals, and other marketing and business services professionals. Your primary responsibility will be crafting high-quality proposals that address client needs. Through close collaboration, you’ll make sure our proposals are polished and stand out to help us win competitive pursuits.
You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow marketing professionals within our company, as well as external teaming partners. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a commitment to quality, a proven history of operating under multiple deadlines, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating compelling content.
Prior experience with the Architectural and Engineering (A/E) industry proposal process is preferred, but not required. This position is based in our Seattle office, and regular in-office presence is required to support collaboration with the local team.
