Spectrum Geosurvey in the UK seeks an organised Proposal Coordinator to join the commercial team in Lymington. You will help prepare clear, accurate tenders, coordinate inputs from technical, operational, project and HSEQ colleagues, and ensure timely submissions.

The role offers training and development within offshore survey pricing and presentation of client materials. Entry-level applicants with strong writing and coordination skills are welcome; marine geophysics knowledge is essential, and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marine geophysics through study or practical work.
• Strong written English and ability to present technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tender calendars, action lists and submission records.
• Review RFP/RFI and pre-qualification questionnaires with guidance.
• Coordinate contributions from technical, operational, project, QHSE and commercial colleagues.
• Draft, edit, proofread and format proposal content using approved information and templates.
• Complete client forms and support preparation of company information, CVs and evidence.
• Control document versions, file naming, approvals and final submission packs.
• Arrange reviews, record comments and follow up actions.
• Support tender portal uploads and confirmation of submissions.
• Maintain proposal templates, reference material and past-performance records.
• Assist with presentations and marketing materials when required.
