Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the construction industry with extensive experience in proposal coordination.
• Proven experience managing proposals for alternative delivery procurements, such as CMAR and Design-Build.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).
• Ensure proposal packages are compliant, responsive, competitive, and compelling.

Skills

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign)

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading

Ability to make strategic content edits

Effective communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, mass communication, English or related field
