Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. seeks a Proposal Coordinator for our Long Beach, CA office in the Water division. You will coordinate with the proposal manager to craft compelling proposals, manage content, and support client presentations.

Ideal candidates have a 2–5 year track record in AEC marketing, strong writing/editing skills, and proficiency in InDesign/PowerPoint. This role offers a clear growth path and potential bonus; base salary ranges reflect DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with proposal manager and team to prepare proposals including formatting, layout, writing and proofreading.
• Respond to external requests for prequals, qualifications, etc.
• Assist in creating project write-ups, case studies, resumes for proposals and client presentations.
• Facilitate client presentation preparation including slide deck development.
