Witt O'Brien's is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support the Proposals Team in Houston. You will help manage bid processes for federal, state, and local clients, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure proposals are polished and submitted on time.

The role requires strong writing, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with Capture, Marketing, and Government Solutions is essential to deliver competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal lead and sector personnel in completion and delivery of proposals for federal, state, and local clients.
• Set up proposal workspaces and maintain up-to-date tracking in CRM.
• Read RFP documents and clarify requirements with clients as needed.
• Prepare and coordinate forms, signatures, and notarization with corporate resources.
• Tailor resumes and project profiles for outgoing bids; coordinate with subcontractors for data calls and forms.
• Participate in proposal review sessions and provide feedback on text and graphics.
• Schedule and take notes for proposal meetings; arrange printing and courier services for hard copies.
