Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project coordination, business development, or public sector markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of AI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal lead and sector personnel in the completion and delivery of proposals for federal, state, and local clients.
• Set up proposal workspaces and keep proposal tracking information up to date in CRM.
• Review RFP documents and identify areas for clarification from the client.
• Prepare, compile, and finalize required forms with signatures and notarization where needed.
• Coordinate with internal team to format and tailor resumes and project profiles for bids.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on data calls and required information for proposals.
• Participate in proposal reviews and provide feedback on text and graphics.
• Schedule and take notes for proposal meetings; arrange printing and courier for hard copy submissions.
