Qualifications

• Writing, editing, and proofreading required with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to transform technical content into clear, client-focused narratives.
• Experience coordinating multiple proposals and deadlines in a team environment.
• Familiarity with A/E/C industry and RFQ/RFP requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform technical content into clear, compelling proposal narratives.
• Research clients, competitors, and market trends to support pursuit strategy.
• Manage pursuit schedules and tracking systems to keep deliverables on track.
• Produce SOQs and proposals, including writing, layout, graphics, and file prep.
• Ensure messaging is cohesive and aligned with sales themes.
