I. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Iovino Enterprises, a parent company of four NYC-based construction firms, values excellence, innovation, and community commitment. The Proposal Coordinator will support Business Development/Marketing in Design-Build pursuits, managing multiple responsibilities and collaborating across departments.

II. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in proposal or marketing, preferably in A/E/C or similar industry

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and develop proposal schedules and work plans
• Draft and review proposal content and templates
• Provide administrative support and coordinate proposal activities
• Manage proposal content, graphics, and formatting in InDesign
• Assist with marketing collateral and presentations
• Proofread and edit proposal documents for clarity and style
• Support content creation and asset management
• Occasional long hours may be required

IV. QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe suite preferred
• Knowledge of A/E/C industry terminology is a plus

Salary Range

$65,000—$90,000 USD
